Bootcamps are where you go to learn strategies, hacks, and prepare for a bigger and longer task. And that’s exactly what Wellness Bootcamp is! 

Wellness Coach Lisa C Baker will help you understand 5 key areas of wellness and explore the ‘whys and hows’ of various components of wellness. 

It’s not just about doctors, health and pills! Wellness is made up of every facet of our lives.

In a 6 week bootcamp held once a week, we will cover the following areas:

Physical Health

  

  What they don’t tell you about general health, alternative health, and why you have so much control over your own state of health

Food & Nutrition

  The good, bad, ugly and beautiful. What they don’t tell you about food and what you should know about the number 1 fuel for our entire body

Beverages

  Hydration is extremely important to life! Let’s look at not just water, but juices, sodas, teas and more!

Stress

  Stress is indeed a big killer and the cause for many chronic illnesses. It gets out of hand. Explore what stress really is and does, and ways to not only lower your stress but lower the effects of this monster..

Mindfulness

  This way of looking at life no matter what type of life you lead is a key to wellness. Implementing mindfulness is an important part of wellness and health.

Nurturing

    Now that you’ve decided to take care of yourself, how do you implement it for your family when you have children, significant others, and more?

Cost & Enrollment

COST of bootcamp

Bootcamp consists of 6 (six) 1.5 hour classes held on Thursday evenings at The Tipsy Carrot in the NOTO Arts & Entertainment District.  The cost for the 6 weeks is $110.00.  You may enroll in the desired class below by filling out the form and sending a $25.00 non-refundable deposit which is applied to your camp, via PayPal.  There must be at least 10 enrollees for a class to be held.  If there are not 10 by the deadline, you will be given the option to be put on the list for the next session, or have your deposit refunded (this is the only instance that deposits are refunded).

Camp starts promptly at 6:30 and ends at 8:00.  If you miss a session, you are allowed to attend the same session during the next camp with previous notice.
